Other companies like Target offer a number of sweet rain boots online for a lower cost if you don’t wish to dish out a little extra cash for designer boots. While winter months may make dressing for class harder, dont forget a cute black dress and high heels for those nights in Downtown Binghamton. No matter how cold it is, the low-key bars are packed with people looking like theyre getting dressed for New York City. While not everyone is dressed to impress, in upstate New York its nice to feel good once in a while when going out on the town. Dressing in colder weather, you want to be comfortable when youre running around campus and going to class. While jeans arent always the most comfortable option, new jean leggings allow you to feel comfortable and look cute at the same time. It is also important to make sure you pack a good pair of sweatpants for those days when you actually need to just lounge around. Also, make sure you pack that comfy sweater to retain warm on those bone-chilling days.
